The Offer

These Terms and Conditions, Club Guides, Membership Terms and Conditions and The Club Company standard Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern this Offer. By participating in the Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. These Terms prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including promotional materials. Please read the following terms carefully and keep a copy for your information.

Full Terms And Conditions

Complete the form to register your interest in health membership at The Club at Cams Hall Estate and before 31st December 2023 to enter. The winner will be chosen at random and will receive membership for the year of 2024 complimentary (the “Offer ”).

Participating venue: The Club at Cams Hall Estate

  1. Winning participant will receive 1 x 12 month health club membership valid from 1st January 2024 to 1st January 2025.
  2. This offer is not available to current The Club Company members (or those that have been a member in the last 60 days).
  3. Winning participant must have no outstanding financial debt at any other The Club Company clubs.
  4. To be entered into the prize draw, entrants must complete the 'register your interest' form before 31st December 2023.
  5. This offer is not available to previous members who have received another offer in the last 13 months.
  6. Use of the golf facilities are not included in complimentary membership but can be added and paid for separately.
  7. You must be over the age of 16 to qualify for this offer.
  8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  9. A Health Declaration must be completed as part of the joining process, and before using the club and you must notify the club if your medical circumstances change during your membership.
  10. The decision of the club's General Manager is final, and they reserve the right to refuse admission.
  11. Upon enrolment, by clicking and acknowledging the Terms & Conditions, you are confirming that you are over 16 years of age, have read, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and the Health Declaration.
  12. The Club Company retains the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
  13. The Club Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and this offer at any time without notice, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
  14. All normal contract conditions apply – ask at your club for specific details.
  15. This offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  16. The Club Company is not liable for the reproduction of this offer or indirect access via third party websites or otherwise of these terms and where such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with this offer.
  17. No section of these terms and conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the Eligible Persons’ statutory rights as a consumer. Details are accurate at time of print.
